A Pioneer For Inclusivity in Sport

Keighley Cougars Rugby club at Cougar Park is the UK’s only professional sports club owned by an openly gay married couple. Owners Ryan O’Neill and Kaue Garcia have transformed the historic traditional rugby club into a leading, inclusive supporter of the LGBTQ+ community.

They hosted the first global Pride match with players wearing rainbow kits, highlighting their commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion and reaching audiences worldwide

Within the stadium, they have established the first terrace dedicated to Pride, offering fans a welcoming space to unite, celebrate, and cheer for their team in an atmosphere completely free from discrimination.

Introducing Cougar Live Music Experience

This summer the club opens it’s grounds to host a dynamic new music festival. Staged by Piper Music Management, the event promises an unforgettable weekend of live music starting on Friday night with headline performances by Brits award winners JLS, setting the stage for a spectacular opening. On Saturday, festival-goers will be treated to an electrifying set from iconic reggae act UB40 featuring Ali Campbell.

Horlock House’s Role

Horlock House was instrumental in bringing the Cougars and Piper Music Management together, making the festival vision a reality. Horlock House serves as the Event Lead and is also the IP Rights Holder.
