Horlock House, though still a fledgling business in its early years, has established a strong precedent for supporting the LGBTQ+ community from the very beginning. We believe that our responsibility to the communities we serve extends far beyond simple gestures or seasonal festivities.

Year-Round Support for the LGBTQ+ Community

We are committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community not just during ‘Pride’ month or the summer festival season, but throughout the entire year. Our approach is to actively seek out projects and partnerships that offer sustained support and advocacy, ensuring that the community benefits from our involvement at all times.

Strategic Partnerships and Charitable Initiatives

In the relatively short period since Horlock House began operating, we have already forged meaningful partnerships, including collaborations with UKPON and HB London. Notably, 10% of all Pride suitcase sales is donated directly back to the local Pride, ensuring that our commercial success tangibly benefits the community.

Championing Equality Through Our Talent

Our talent are Global LGBTQ+ Ambassadors and Allies, who continually dedicate themselves to championing, supporting, and promoting equality. Through both their social media presence and their everyday work, they play an active role in fostering acceptance and equal rights within the broader community.

Membership and Nationwide Engagement

Horlock House is a proud member, supporter, and partner of UKPON—a network that connects over 220 UK Prides, ranging from grassroots organisations to national initiatives. We are proactive in seeking additional partnerships that can provide real benefits to the LGBTQ+ community on a nationwide scale.

Leadership and Lived Experience

Our Managing Director, Jack Horlock, has long been a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. His personal experiences of prejudice and the challenges faced by community members—both professionally and in public life—have deeply shaped his values and leadership style. Jack’s own journey serves as the driving force behind Horlock House’s ongoing commitment to fostering positive change and supporting the LGBTQ+ community through every aspect of our work.
